Danielle Pemble (a good friend of Elegant Seagulls) recently opened a new business in Marquette called Glow Photo Studio. They will be offering photography services and also large format printing. We’ve migrated to a new and improved nest. We are now located at 100 N. 3rd Street, Marquette.
New Bird:
With a larger nest, we’ve added to the Elegant Seagulls flock. Allison Cherrette, a Marquette native, joins us from Seattle where she worked for IT companies such as Microsoft. From search engine marketing to sales force enablement, she acquired experience and expertise implementing programs for top-tier clients such as Hilton, Travelocity, Hewlett Packard and Netflix.
New Flying Techniques:
With our new bird and upgraded nest, we are pleased to offer new services to our valued customers. In addition to creative web and graphic design, e-commerce, and branding services, Elegant Seagulls now offers a full range of marketing strategies including search engine optimization, consulting, and social media programs.
No Shave History

No shave November dates back to around 1492 when Christopher Columbus spent his first winter in America. He and his men needed to stay warm during the cold winter months and as a moral booster Chris (that is what his friends call him) created No Shave November. Parrish Tire Company

Parrish Tire Company asked us to not only brand their two new tire lines but also create sales collateral. We developed the logo mark, palette, imagery, and brand standards for both Turnpike and Carbon Series. Through the process “Drive the World” not only became the companies new tag line but also became their motto.
Free Vector Bears

My sister-in-law asked me to develop her wedding save the dates and invites. The overall concept was two bears in love. The above was my first stab, which she said were “too whimsical” (aka too awesome).
Instead of keeping these two caged up I decided to release them back into the wild. Hope you enjoy.

Burtch Works Website Live

Burtch Works is an executive recruiting company that helps place marketing and quantitative specialists. Working with Katie at Burtch Works to develop their new site was one of the most fun projects I have been involved with this year. The Burtch Works staff was extremely open to doing something creative and different. To accomplish this we created a one page design using jQuery parallax and html5. Burtchworks.com
